Navigating Transitions
A 3-Part Group Coaching Series
Meets virtually from 5:30-6:45 EDT pm on Tuesdays
September 16, 30, and October 14, 2025
Uncertainty. Everything in our world seems unsettled. On top of the general uncertainty—or maybe because of it—many of us are navigating transitions. Maybe it’s a welcome change like a long-awaited promotion or retirement. Or maybe you're facing an unwanted change like a job loss or a divorce. Or maybe it's just a nagging sense that you need to make a change, but you're not quite sure what looks like. Transitions force us to rethink our lives. We may need to grieve and let go of old identities as we turn toward the new horizons.
In this three-part interactive group coaching series, you'll sit with peers who are also grappling with change. You'll be able to support each other as life coach Melissa Walker, Ph.D., provides you with concrete tools to navigate your transition. You'll learn about:
· the difference between change and transition and the types of transitions
· the three overlapping stages of transition
· the two types of fear and how to manage them
· seven tools for navigating transition
· how to find wisdom for the future in the lessons of past transitions
Cost: $125, 10% discount if you register by midnight on September 5. (Discount will be taken automatically at registration check-out.)

What past participants have said:
I really loved this. Melissa did a great job teaching, listening, coaching, reflecting. Unexpectedly, I liked having the other people in the group. They were all interesting and insightful and kind.
The Transitions classes couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. The small group setting with great women, thought-provoking material and Melissa’s ability to create a safe space for authentic dialog made it meaningful.
The “Transitions” seminar was amazing. Melissa facilitated important conversations and sharing coupled with extremely insightful exercises. I would highly recommend this for anyone facing a major change. It will make a real difference.
